accounts.spheceo.com is how people on the spheceo team sign in to spheceo's own tools (Edit, Writer and Repack), and how the team's admins decide who may use what. It isn't open to the public.
What we keep
- From your Google account, when you sign in: your name, email address, profile picture and Google's id for your account. We ask Google for nothing else: no Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar.
- About your access: which of spheceo's tools you may use, set by an admin; when you last signed in; which apps you've signed in to, when, and from what (for example "Edit on macOS").
- A record of changes: which admin added you, changed what you can use, signed you out or removed you, and when.
Sign-in codes and tokens are kept only in a form that can't be turned back into them. The site's own request logs say what happened and when, never your email or a token.
Why
Only to let you use spheceo's tools, to give each person the access an admin chose, and to see who changed what.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, share it with anyone outside the team, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Where it's kept
The site runs on Cloudflare; the information above is stored in spheceo's database on Convex. Sign-in goes through Google.
How long
For as long as you're on the team. When an admin removes you, your entry and your app sign-ins are deleted; the record of changes keeps your email next to what was changed. Request logs are kept for a few days.
Your choices
You can sign out of any app at any time, and ask to be removed, or to see what's kept about you, by writing to sphe.g.personal@gmail.com. You can also remove spheceo's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections.
